Anyong Biotechnology, established by TOPCO Scientific in response to food crises, invested hundreds of millions of dollars to build a safe “one-stop shopping” food supply chain that is abide by the high standard of technology industry. The world-class aquatic food processing factory, sitting in Mituo, Kaohsiung, has been certified by ISO 22000, and HACCP, promising the best quality. Each batch of products is strictly examined by a food safety center of Anyong Fresh, imposing stringent management from farm to table.

In order to duly present the freshness and rich flavors of Taiwanese products, Anyong Biotechnology was the first to introduce Cells Alive System (CAS) from Japan. The technology, awarded as one of the three major innovations in Japan in 2008, can fully preserve the nutrition and freshness of ingredients that finds no parallel in the market.Giant groupers supplied by Anyong, especially, won Excellent Aquatic Award presented by the Fisheries Agency for several times for its outstanding quality.

With the launch of anew Mituo Plant in October 2018, Anyong Biotechnology will continue to provide aquatic food processing technology of the highest standard to customersat home and abroad, and partner with the clients to jointly enhance food quality and safety, with more meticulous production environment, advanced production equipment, and professionally-trained staff.
