【Kaohsiung】Anyong Biotechnology, an affiliate of Topco Group, is taking part in the5th Taiwan International Fisheries & Seafood Show at Kaohsiung ExhibitionCenter from September 26th to 28th. The companyintegrated all kinds of environmental engineering technology of the group andbuilt a one-stop food supply chain by applying Cells Alive System (CAS)technology in aquatic food processing plants abide by the standards of asemiconductor fab to freeze fish. TaiwanInternational Fisheries & Seafood Show, co-organized by TAITRA and MYExhibition Co., Ltd, focuses on three main areas: smart ecological aquaculturesystem, seafood cold chain logistical network, and recreational fishingtackles, constituting a brand new fishery ecological chain. The organizerpointed out that Japan, the United States, Norway and China are activelystudying how to combine production and sales techniques and tools ofaquaculture industry with a smart system. Through match-making efforts ofTAITRA, quality Taiwanese aquatic food processing companies can process aquaticfood for these countries in the hopes to elevate the quality and productivityof the aquaculture industry. For example, the processing plant of AnyongBiotechnology in Mituo, Kaohsiung, possessing CAS technology and the largestCAS storage warehouse in Asia, is well-received among international buyers, andone of the companies that TAITRA has been actively promoting as a partner inrecent years.

The planthas a CAS ultra-low-temperature storage warehouse, the third large-scale CASwarehouse after its kind in France and Germany, and the largest in Asia. Theplant was officially launched in October 2018, and has been certified byvarious standards, including FSSC 22000, HACCP, and HALAL Certification.
