ANYO Group serveshigh-tech-based nourishing food

Anyong Biotechnology, Anyong Fresh and ANYO Museum (Yilan AnyongLohas Co., LtD), affiliates of Topco Group, are taking part in the 29th TaipeiInternational Food Show as “ANYO Group” for the first time. The group,integrating innovative OEM technology, quality shopping space, technology,recreation and food education, takes “Health Care, ANYO Care: taking care ofyour health” as its theme to expand markets at home and abroad through multiplechannels, in the hopes to make a difference for our health.

Taipei International FoodShow is the most international professional trade show in the food industry.The organizer of the event indicates that Taiwan is becoming moreMuslim-friendly in recent years, and ANYO’s silver perch essence, fish steakand fish slice are quality products that acquired their Halal certificates justlast year (2018), along with other Halal-certified products in the show.Through the international trade show, ANYO also expects to assert itself as aprovider of quality Taiwanese food to buyers from Malaysia and other SoutheastAsian countries, or other countries around the world so to expand internationalmarket.

Santé Premium-SilverPerch Essence, ANYO’s star product for the show, is made of barramundi. Thefish is first frozen with Cells Alive System (CAS) of Anyong Biotechnology at alow temperature, and then deep-processed* by Anyong Lohas Co., LtD. The essence has wonmultiple international honors, including Monde Selection Gold Award of Belgiumfor 2018 and 2019, Two Stars of Anti-Additive (A. A. ) Award, and Three Startsof A. A. Taste Award and A. A. Award of the Netherlands. It also acquiredTaiwan Halal Certificate.

In addition, ANYOlaunched “sea perch pot with noble dendrobium,” a nourishing Chinese medicinaldish produced and supervised by experts. High-quality noble dendrobium, aChinese medicinal herb, is selected and added into the fish pot, composed ofbarramundi, a quality source of protein with tender, easy-to-digest meat. Thepot, features natural umami flavor without extra salt, is especially suitablefor office workers and heavy users of consumer electronics. In addition, puremilkfish floss made from freshly-frozen milkfish and Hong Kong style radishcake, the first ready-to-eat food made use of CAS technology, are all own-brandproducts developed based on the spirit of providing additive-free food.

ANYO Group arranges food tastingevent during the four-day Taipei International Food Show, along with cookingshows of healthy food program celebrity chef Lei Yi Tzung.
